These terms apply to the Souder Workspace website and the Souder Properties leasing text messaging program. Souder Properties is the business operating Souder Workspace. The website provides information and assistance concerning commercial properties and leasing opportunities.

Website information and leasing inquiries

Property availability, pricing, dimensions, photographs, and other listing details may change or contain errors. Please confirm current information with our leasing team before relying on it.

Submitting a form, saving a property, exchanging messages, or requesting a tour does not reserve a property or create a lease. Any binding leasing arrangement must be established through the applicable agreement with the appropriate parties.

Please provide accurate contact information and submit only information you are authorized to provide. Do not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, or use it to send unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive content.

SMS Terms

Souder Properties (Souder Workspace) offers optional SMS and MMS communications about your commercial leasing inquiries and tours.

Messages may include answers to property questions, relevant property details or photographs, tour scheduling assistance, and automated tour confirmations and pre-tour reminders. This program does not enroll you in promotional text campaigns.

How you opt in

You may opt in by entering your telephone number and selecting the optional, initially unchecked text messaging checkbox on our inquiry or tour forms, then submitting the form. The checkbox describes the messages you agree to receive.

Text messaging consent is not required to purchase or lease property, submit an inquiry, or request a tour. Providing your telephone number or accepting these terms alone does not authorize text messages. If you decline texting, you may still request assistance by email or phone. Email subscriptions and text messaging consent are separate choices.

Only provide a mobile number that you own or are authorized to use. Contact us if your number changes or you no longer control it. The program is intended for supported US mobile numbers.

Message frequency and charges

Message frequency varies based on your inquiries, conversations, and tour appointments.

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier’s charges and terms apply; contact your carrier about your plan.

How to stop messages

Reply STOP to a text from our program to opt out.

You may receive one confirmation of your opt-out. After that, we will not send further messages through this program unless you opt in again. A new website inquiry does not override an active text messaging opt-out.

If you previously opted out and want to resume texting, reply START to the program’s texting number and confirm any additional messaging preferences with our leasing team.

Send STOP, START, and HELP replies to the number that sent the program text; the main business line may be different.

Tour confirmations and changes

A requested tour is not confirmed until you receive confirmation from our leasing team.

A free-text reply requesting a change does not automatically reschedule an appointment. Use any provided tour-management link or contact our team, and wait for confirmation of a new time.

Delivery and availability

Text delivery depends on carrier networks and other services and is not guaranteed. Messages may arrive late or fail to arrive.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Contact our team by phone if you need timely assistance with an upcoming tour.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

Mobile telephone numbers, SMS opt-in records, and messaging consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional use. Providers may process the information needed to deliver and support messages on our behalf.

Changes to the website or program

We may change or discontinue website features or the messaging program and may update these terms by posting a revised effective date.

Changes do not create SMS consent or expand your existing consent to unrelated messaging. These terms do not replace a separate signed lease or other agreement and do not limit rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
